CBRE Global Investors sells six office building in the Netherlands
Amsterdam, 08/01/14 – CBRE Global Investors has sold six office buildings in the Netherlands on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. The portfolio totalling ca. 70,000 sqm, has been acquired by Blackstone Group International Partners LLP.

The handover of the buildings, which are located in Amsterdam; Cross Towers, Rotterdam; Weenatoren and 200Weena, and The Hague; Forum and Sirius and Orion, has taken place on December 17, 2013.
CBRE Global Investors was advised by CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ Zadelhoff and Houthoff Buruma. Blackstone was advised by Loyens & Loeff, Arcadis and Deloitte.
