CBRE Global Investors wins 'Green Brick' award for most sustainable real estate investment manager in the Netherlands
Amsterdam, 23/09/13 – CBRE Global Investors has won the ‘Green brick’ award for the most sustainable real estate investment manager in the Netherlands, during the annual real estate conference, organised by Jones Lang Lasalle on 17 September in Scheveningen.

The ‘Green Brick’ is linked to the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). Nominations for the ‘Green Brick‘ prize are based on the results of the Dutch participants of this benchmark. The benchmark assesses the sustainability performance of real estate portfolios (public, private and direct) around the globe.
The GRESB results show that CBRE Global Investors is the highest scoring Dutch participant within the benchmark, out of 543 real estate companies and funds worldwide.
For the fourth year in a row, CBRE Global Investors has been ranked in the top three of the GRESB survey. The CBRE Dutch Residential Fund has been ranked as the world's most sustainable residential property fund while the CBRE Dutch Office Fund is the most sustainable office fund within Europe and the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund is the most sustainable retail fund in the Netherlands.
Compared to 2012 CBRE Global Investors improved its results within this segment by 27 percent, according to Jones Lang Lasalle. CBRE Global Investors rose in the Global Overall Ranking from position forty-six to position eighth and is ranked with the three Dutch funds (Dutch Office Fund, Dutch Retail Fund and Dutch Residential Fund) in the top 5 of the overall benchmark.
