Description

Delftse Poort is one of the most famous architectural icons in the Netherlands. Inspired by the skyline of cities such as New York and London, the twin-towered complex was designed by architect Abe Bonnema and completed in 1992. Delftse Poort remains far ahead of its time in terms of its appearance and functionality. Both towers (93 and 150 meters tall) rise in staggered levels, connected by the three-story substructure. Divided over 42 storeys, the building’s total floor area amounts to 65,000 sq. m.

Delftse Poort offers multi-tenant functionality following an extensive quality improvement programme and surpasses the demands of the modern entrepreneur, flexible employee and the self-employed. The original intention of the architect Bonnema and Delftse Poort now meet its true destiny: a multi-tenant office complex providing an urban retreat.
